  • 8 oz ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
