Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter and gently swirl with a knife.
  6. Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice over the top of the cake.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
