Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and dark chocolate chunks.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on each cookie before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers look slightly soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store these cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For a warm treat, pop them in the microwave for a few seconds before serving.
