  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint extract
  • 3 tablespoons softened cream cheese
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and peppermint extract in a mixing bowl.
  2. Incorporate softened cream cheese into the mixture until smooth.
  3. Chill the filling for about 30 minutes.
  4. Shape the cooled mixture into small patties and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill shaped patties in the refrigerator until firm, about 30 minutes.
