  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

  4. Add the granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
