Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup sugar for mulled wine fruit
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 whole cloves
  • Zest of 1 orange

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by melting white chocolate and whipping cream cheese, heavy cream, and sugar.
  2. Fold the whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake filling into individual serving dishes or a larger pie dish.
  4. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  5. Simmer the mixed berries with red wine, sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, and orange zest.
