Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chopped Oreos for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
  8. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  9. Bake the pie for 45-50 minutes, until slightly jiggly in the center.
  10. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature before chilling.
  11. Top with chopped Oreos before serving.
