  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails for baking.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper into the garlic butter mixture.
