Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in and skin-on
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them, ensuring they're well coated.
  4. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Baste the chicken with additional glaze halfway through baking.
  7. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve the chicken with your choice of sides.
